Terms and Conditions for Pasta di Piazza Worcester Facebook Competition

  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Pasta di Piazza Worcester, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
  2. Entry Period: The competition starts on September 26, 2024, and ends on October 20, 2024, at 11:59 PM BST.
  3. How to Enter: To enter, comment on the competition post on the Pasta di Piazza Worcester Facebook page with your favourite Italian dish. Optionally, you may tag a friend.
  4. Entry Restrictions: One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  5. Prize: One winner will receive a three-course meal for two people and a bottle of prosecco at Pasta di Piazza Worcester. The prize must be redeemed in November 2024.
  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries on October 21, 2024.
  7. Notification: The winner will be notified via Facebook comment and/or direct message within 7 days of the selection date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
  8. Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  9. Use of Winner’s Photos: By entering this competition, you grant Pasta di Piazza Worcester permission to use your photo (if selected as a winner) in social media posts and on our website for promotional purposes.
  10. Data Protection: By entering this competition, you agree to the use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and any other purposes to which you have consented.
  11. Liability: Pasta di Piazza Worcester cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
  12. Social Media Platform: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Pasta di Piazza Worcester and not to Facebook.
  13. Alterations: We reserve the right to alter, amend, or terminate the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  14. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
